After an initial attempt to study medical and being unsuccessful, Santosh did an engineering in Industrial & Production. Always willing to do something different and think differently, he picked up a career in software engineering soon after completing Industrial engineering degree. The dot-com boom gave a flying start to the career and later on, he got opportunity to develop/lead mostly B2B products for FTSE 100 companies and startup in London, Helsinki, Los Angeles and Bangalore.
The opportunity to live globally and work for global products/companies further influenced the passion to entrepreneurship. That passion is what drives him today in building a world class 'Event Platform : ticketing-registration, event communities and event apps in one place'.
The dream to live hard, work hard but build a startup kept Santosh motivated to try this 'third attempt' to launch a startup "Explara.com". With 3 years of bootstrapping and then securing fund from renowned angel investors, Explara.com has served customers from 21 countries in 2013.
