His key traits & assets include the ability to motivate & lead a team, understanding group dynamics & positioning every member in the most suitable way and delivering right approach to a problem & expertise in problem solving using the basics.
Inspite of having lucrative offers in India & abroad from corporate world, he decided to take a path less traveled & chose to be a 'Social Entrepreneur'. Since we, ourself are the custodian of our future somebody has to BE the CHANGE everyone wants to SEE. He has also started an NGO working for the 'environmental' & 'social' issues working full time into it. His specialties are new Business Development, PR, Sales Handling & Marketing strategies along with Retail operations.
