He was the chief architect and the product engineering head for workXmate (ERP/CRM) which was chosen as top 3 innovative product at TiE Delhi – SmashUP! 2014. He was one of Speaker for top 5 innovative products at TiE Delhi – SmashUP! 2014. He started & scaled the mobil`ity practice at Halosys and has delivered 100+ mobile apps (iOS, Android, Mobile Web, Cross Platform - PhoneGap/Titanium) in last 4-5 years. He has delivered 10+ SAAS/PAAS/Multi-Tenant based solutions and has excellent knowledge on the whole eco-system with architectural and design excellence.

He has been a CoE Leader handling core technologies like Java/JEE, Mobility, Oracle FMW, Middleware and lead a team of 200+ within the organization. He has been an excellent in defining Business Strategy focusing on growth and revenue with operation excellence and optimized cost. He was instrumental in reaching as top 2 contenders for 30 million USD for SwissRe proposal at Birlasoft which was a record in its history.
