GP (General Purpose)

Eligibility: Candidates have Passed High School with any stream. Minimum have 45% marks.
Note: Final year students of Intermediate & Graduates can also apply but their age limit 17 ½ to 25 Yrs.

Physical and Medical standard: Height of the candidate should not be less than 160 cm, and have good physical standard as per sea service norms. The candidate must have three eye sights 6/6 at DDV.

Deck Rating

Eligibility: Candidates have Passed Intermediate with PCM minimum 50% marks.
Note: Final year students of B.Sc can also apply but their age limit 17 ½ to 25 Yrs.

Engine Rating

Eligibility: Candidates have Passed Intermediate with any Stream minimum have 45% marks.

Eligibility: Candidates have B-tech Passed ITI+ Polytechnic with (Fitter/Welder/Electrician, Mechanical).
